I dont Post here as often as I should, But I do Read You all EVERYDAY!! Well I just wanted to SHOUT SHOUT.. That Last night at my WW meeting.. I hit LIFETIME!! My first time Ever! 135lbs Gone!

Now the Hard work starts.. Keeping it off forever.. I just have to keep faithful to my meetings Every week...
