well my job has changed and I'm moving the TT again closer by a bit to Disney...this time I find myself at a tiny State park right on the Bay of Mobile!!! I won't have internet or tv but how many of you wake up with the ocean at your front door??? Guess I'll be doing the coffeehouse thing to catch up with you guys for a while....the job is over the day before I leave for my Halloween trip!!!!life is grand!!!

Getting closer:banana: ! Will be in Disney around the same Time! Do you volunteer at the state parks? Are do you work for them?

Drool!! (Is there a drooling smilie?) Have fun!! (BTW, do you have an ear out for weather issues when you're long-term camping in the summer? I'm thinking of tornadoes and such)

Actually I'm a traveling therapist...I stay on site from 13 weeks to as long as 10 months so far...I try whenever possible to stay in State Parks...generally I prefer them over RV parks. No tv or internet but the scenery is usually wonderful and very peaceful...holidays and summer weekends can be noisy but they do have quiet times that are usually enforced!!! This contract is a bit shorter for now but I never know when they will extend me for longer...or find a perm and end my contract(both HAVE happened)...new spot is right down the road fro a place that offers airboat rides out in the delta so I can see Gators and other "critters" you would never see from driving around the area...(done it once already) as well as great seafood and beautiful weather...Hurricanes??? I'll pick up and go back to my home in west Central AL. until I get an all clear!!!

Yes my friends and family all watch the weather to make certain I know way in advance of bad weather so I can prepare...I've been very blessed so far since I've been working the coast to have missed to worst...Hurricanes...tornados happens more frequently where my home is...I live in tornado alley in West Central Al.!!!
