Life is Good Mickey Head with Coffee?

Hello, when I was browsing the threads I remember seeing a mickey head with Mickey and a beer? Someone had requested the same with Micky and wine? I have searched and searched and cannot find it again? I was wondering if the talented DISigner that made this could do one with coffee?
