Life is CRAZY right now!!!!

Hi everyone!
I'm sorry that I am so far behind on my threads.
Life has been very crazy. Both of my kids transitioned to new schools this year..... DD to high school and DS to MS. With their disabilities and challenges, my life has been full of meetings and phone calls and meetings and doctor's appts and phone calls (I think you get the picture). I also work a full time retail job and we have been swamped with Back to School and ramping up for the Holiday season. I am also finishing projects for my own trip which is only a few months away.

I do not want to stop designing but please understand that I'm doing the best that I can at this time. I do not have a problem with another designer personalizing my work for you as long as they are willing to do it. I will do what I can but I cannot make any promises at this time.

Just wanted to say thanks! I TOTALLY understand the challenges of scheduling, family and all the bumps that come along. I too, work a full-time job in retail (I'm an executive for the big red bullseye, if you know who I mean ) and have 3 children under 7. I really see how much you care about DISigning and love to do for others, and I have a feeling that you may think you are disapointing people. I hope I speak for everyone here who has or will requested a DISign when I say..."STOP"... Your family is the MOST precious thing, you take all the time you need to ensure their well being and success!!

As you have said many times, you are doing the best you can, and we are all understand...

I can relate - YOU take care of YOU and your kids - that is ALL that is important. DO what you can and the rest of it will somehow just work out. EVERYONE here understands that LIFE happens and sometimes the "fun" stuff has to be slowed down a little bit.

Sorry to hear about all your madness. I too can relate. Just concentrate on the most important things and that is FAMILY!!!
I am sure everyone will understand and when you have time you will eventually catch up. I can help out with some personalization for the invitations and simple stuff. Just let me know.

Your first priority in life should always be to take care of yourself and your family first.

It is so easy to get "sucked in" here on the DIS. We all know how that is!

Do not give another thought to designs until the dust in your life has settled. Then, and only then, will you be in any mindset to create and share with the rest of us.

Andrew and Ryan Just finished College so I thought great a break--NOPE--now they are both in University,,,,the challenges never stop Hon but
the journey is well worth it. I'm transitioning with my kids at work (special needs) right now,,grade 6-5-4 this year--not sure who's having a harder time them or me.

Just wantedd to say that your designs are gorgeous I am actually makinga autograph book using your pages they are beautiful....... I was just wondering if you could do a design for me for the cover the size needs to be formatted to a 5x7 and i have lots of time since my trip is not until nexy August so no rush. I completly understand about life being cazy...

The names that I would need

are Katy for the for the first one and then the same design but differant name and that is wendy

You are awesome, talented, and creative and do much for all of us on the DIS and I greatly appreciate all that you do. I completely understand about family as I work full-time and have a 6 and 9 year old as well. Family ALWAYS comes first and take time for YOURSELF too! We will all still be here when you find time in your busy schedule. I hope it all calms down soon as I know life is just too crazy sometimes.

Hi Natalie - I had posted on your DISign thread, but in case you don't see it. Please, take time for yourself and your family. You are a wonderful person to do all of this disigning for others and you are incredibly talented. But from another mom of two special needs kids - you can't always do it all. I spend most of my days at the doctors, on the phone or in meetings on the kids' behalf and I never seem to have time for much more. So I marvel at your ability to do what you do. You are incredible.

Things will settle down for the kids in the next few weeks. Until then HANG IN THERE!!!
