Happy early Labor Day everyone!

We're off tomorrow to go camping for 4 days around Whiteface Mountain in the Adirondacks
Ok, so I haven't been in awhile and camping is really Bob's dream, but since I drag him along on my Disney stuff and talk about DIS all the time, I have to give in to his ideas every now and then

Seriously it should be fun though, the weather has cooled down enough that it won't be so sticky hot while we're out walking.
( I may die hiking from all those years I smoked, gotta bring puffers!....)

I looked up lots of cool campfire recipes and asked Sean and his buddy what they liked when they went camping with Scouts. It should be great eating!

And drinking too(I made a nice big pitcher of colada/daiquiri/coconut rum mixture!)

And!........... I'm loading up my mp3 player with lots of spooky campfire stories!

Perhaps I'll post from camp, I found out all the campsites have wireless now, so much for Bob's plan of getting away from all the electronics

We don't camp we semi-glamp in our little popup trailer. We bought a propane stove with an oven this year and I love it! I have a love/hate relationship with it because it always seems that once breakfast is over and cleaned up I'm starting lunch. We have a lot of memories though. Have a great time! Remember don't drink and hike!
