Hiya right back.

Yesterday was a busy one for me. Helped my DB and SIL at a fund raiser. They help to rehome rescued Staffordshire Bull Terrier dogs it's all voluntary. The funds pay for for things like vet bills, etc, etc.

We raised about £350 which is not bad. Boy, was it hot and we were all exhausted by the time we got home.

Today, my niece Wendy and her fiance Stephan, have invited me to their place for a BBQ. My nephew and his family will also be there.

No doubt, the world cup will be on this afternoon. England play Germany. Wish us luck as we're gonna need it and as Stephan is German we have a mixed supporters club there this afternoon.

How was it? I got Up on DVD for Christmas and I haven't finished it yet. Something tells me not to rush to finish watching itas I've heard the ending is sad.

We are headed to a free concert this afternoon on the beach. The doobie brothers and Kenny loggins. It will be so crowded and traffic will be a mess but we are going to give it a try!!!

I will be pulling for England!! I really thought the US had a chance but they played pretty good. Have a great time at the BBQ. That cause sounds like a great thing to do. My Walter (bassett hound) was rescued and is the most wonderful dog!

Megan saw Toy Story 3 and loved it. Especially Buzz being reset. Jose loved that part.
