I have LTT booked but am now second guessing it with not so great recent reviews. There will be 7 of us, not on the dining plan.

Would love some advice! 28 days to go!

Thank you!

With 7 and 28 days out I would stick with LTT. GF Cafe is real hit and miss and kinda expensive.

So I can still get ADR's at both GF cafe and The Wave (already have the adr at LTT). I would love some more advice if anyone has input?

thank you!

We love LTT:love: and it is one of our favorite restaurants.

We have eaten at the GF Cafe and did like that also but given the choice between the two I would stick with LTT.:cloud9:

I would not do GF Cafe. It is ok, but basically is the coffee shop at GF, nothing special. I loved LTT, but that was when they had characters. Food is good, but the character experience was the best in MK. We liked the atmosphere and decor here. Food is plentiful and good if you like their choices (turkey, mac and cheese, beef? and good cobbler)

The Wave was also good. We liked the food, but didn't love the decor/atmosphere. The room was big and not really cozy. I guess I though it would be more elegant, being the "nice" restaurant in a Delux resort.

So, I guess if it were me I would pick LTT if I were in MK for the day. If I wanted to dress up a bit and take longer for a nice dinner, I would pick The Wave.

We've been going to Disney every year for 20+ years and have never eaten at Liberty Tree so this trip we're having dinner there. I'm really looking forward to it.

good grief that food looks amazing! Hmmmm, decisions decisions....

thank you everyone!

We've eaten at LTT several times and find the food and service to generally be pretty good. We weren't impressed with GF Cafe....food was mediocre and the service wasn't all that great. Haven't eaten at the Wave yet. If you're in the park, I would suggest keeping your current ressie. Unless you are planning on leaving the park for the day to eat. It's probably not worth it.

My son and I ate at both Grand Floridian Cafe and The Wave during our trip in September. We thought the Cafe was great, both for food and atmosphere, but were underwhelmed by The Wave and would not recommend it. I'd also skip LTT for dinner, or consider going there for lunch instead. The LTT lunch menu is wonderful, with a lot of variety and excellent food. And Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake is only available at lunch--that's reason enough for me to go right there! ;)

I've only eaten at LTT out of the three, but I can say that it was our favorite meal (dinner) on our last trip a couple of weeks ago. It was our first visit there, but we will definitely return!

If the Liberty Tree Tavern menu looks appealing to you, stick with it! Take all dining reviews with a grain of salt. Everyone has different expectations and preferences, so while one person may say their meal was bland, another may say it was unbelievably delicious.

At first, I kept changing my ADRs because of reviews I would read, but now I just stick with what I think will be good. What's the worst that will happen? You may decide you probably wouldn't eat there again...big deal! It may end up being your favorite meal of your entire trip! Just stick with it!
