I will admit that it has been awhile that we have been there-- but, boy, was I disappointed!

We ordered the Pot Roast- what happened to the fried onions on top?? What happened to the portion size?? Where were the mushrooms?? Where was our basket of bread with honey butter?? And worst of all- when did the price go up??

So how long has this been going on?:confused3

It used to be one of our favourites. :guilty:

DH noticed that too last trip (2008) with the pot roast - we had early ADR for lunch - had to ask for the bread and honey/butter - it was brought out eventually, after we'd almost finished eating

on a side note, when i asked what was "in" the honey/butter, the waiter did say it was 1 part (cup) butter, 1 part margarine and 1 part honey - made it at home - nom nom nom! definitely not on any food pyramid, but sooo good!

we are going to have lunch there on Monday, I hope it is ok...

really? we got this both last april & this past april & the portion was HUGE. no onions on top either time but I think there were mushrooms in it. We love this dish & it didn't disappoint a month ago & my DH who is a big eater (as am I) couldn't finish this.
We didn't get bread either time but we were so full that we wouldnt have needed it.

The portions definately have shrunk over the past couple years! Usually i have to be rolled out after having LTT pot roast...not last week! The portion definately shrunk...but it was just as delicious as always! Also disappointed they got rid of the strawberry shortcake dessert they used to have! I'm not a huge dessert person..but this was a light, delicious one!

I had the pot roast last August (during Free Dining no less) - while I don't remember onions on top, it was a HUGE portion and VERY DELICIOUS portion. (I am not a pot roast fan, but for some reason I felt like it that day ... it was so good, I still talk about it - much to the amusement of my family.)
