I have a PS for Chef Mickey's for breakfast and CRT for lunch and I have room for one more PS for lunch during my trip. I can't decide which one! Liberty Tree sounds more hearty and homey while Chefs sounds romantic and a bit more formal.

Please give me your opinions, thoughts, experiences! I am ready to pull my hair out over this teensy tiny detail.

(I already have PS's for both, so no problem there)

Thanks!

Liberty Tree is very good...just like a thanksgiving meal at home...while Chefs de France is a true experience with wonderful food and service...I would choose chefs de france in a heart beat.

Either way, you will enjoy your meal!

I think it depends what you are looking for. Neither is a bad choice.

Well, since you are undecided, I'd go with which park you are likely to be in. You already have a lunch at MK. Will you be at Epcot the other day? If so, don't come back to MK just for lunch. Are you only doing MK? If so, I wouldn't go all the way to Epcot just for lunch. If you are splitting your day and can do either, then you'll just have to decide based on the food.

Also note that lunch at LTT is not the thanksgiving-type character meal, but there is a menu to choose from. I do think the turkey dinner is an option, but there are other things too.

You pretty much summed up the question with this statement.
Liberty Tree sounds more hearty and homey while Chefs sounds romantic and a bit more formal.

I agree with the Uncle that Chefs has more unique food, but I don't think the dining experience itself is anymore unique, and maybe even less. Chefs has great service, but its fairly generic inside (unlike Bistro upstairs). It is more formal than LTT, though there is no dress code. LTT has plenty of colonial charm.

Really, its like apples and oranges, so its going to boil down to which kind of atmosphere appeals to you, and convenience, as LKS pointed out.

Either way, I'm sure you'll be happy.

I have had lunch at both, and imho the quality of the food is way better at Chefs de France.

I think the food a LTT tastes processed, not fresh or made from scratch. Chefs has a more interesting menu, and much better food.

No contest - Chefs all the way.
You can get turkey and mashed potatoes at Boston Market when you get home.

Liberty Tree Tavern's meal is very very good. So I can't really diss it, but when you compare it to Chefs de France, it loses value. Chef de France is a better pick between the two. And get the creme brule'.
