Liberty Tree Tavern question - Solo Traveler

I'm excited about all my ADR's except one MK night, I reserved LTT based on good reviews but I'm having second thoughts because it's family style and I don't know how that works for solo travelers? Do they seat you with others like Biergarten? Do they bring out a plate with a bit of everything? Do you still get bowls of everything?

The night in question I'll be spending the morning in HS and park hopping to MK for MSEP and Wishes so I have a lot of dining options:

1) eat at HS before taking the bus to MK
2) boat/walk to the Boardwalk, eat, then walk to Epcot to take the monorail to MK (lots of extra walking but I get to see the boardwalk)
3) boat/walk to Epcot, eat, then take the monorail to MK (lots of extra walking but there are a lot of good Epcot TS restaurants)
4) take the bus to MK and then eat at LTT or a different TS

I'm on the DP so I have a TS credit to use that night which may exclude some boardwalk restaurants. (???)

My other ADR's are 50's Primetime , Kona Café , Biergarten , and Yak & Yeti . I just wish I had the same excited feeling about LTT.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

When I was dining solo at LTT, I just asked the waiter to please give me portions suitable for only one person, since I didn't want to waste any of the huge plates of food I saw other people with. I was not seated with other people.

I was given a perfectly sized meal for one person and the waiter said if I wanted more to just ask.

Thank you, I'm pretty comfortable eating alone but the thought of sitting at a table with several bowls full of food just sounds uncomfortable. I also don't mind sitting with others at a communal table (biergarten) but getting seated with others at a normal table just has to much potential to be really awkward.
