We ate there last Thanksgiving, and it was 2 kinds, but it was all mozzarella, I believe. Some were "sticks" and some were "chunks". The chunks were like small pieces or bits - not sure how else to describe it, and I haven't seen it anywhere else. We did like it though, but I don't remember any of it being cheddar cheese.
I love the fried cheese at LTT as long as it is the "small chunks". The mozerella is good to but not as good. We were there for lunch in December and got both kinds. Back in 2000 it was a whole plate of the chunks. In 2003 it was a whole plate of moz sticks.
