Liberty Tree Dinner: how much time does it take?

We have a 4:00 Ressie on a party night in November. Wondering:

1. Do they typically get backed up or usually seat you close to reservation time?

2. How much time should we allot (about) once we’re there?

Will we be done around 5-5:30?

I think we waited 10-15 minutes after our reservation on a busy day in April and dinner didn't take longer than an hour. So I'd allot 1 1/2 hours to be safe. I'd say you'll be done by 5:30 latest. Make sure to tell them you're in a rush if you are. I've always found Disney restaurants to be super accommodating in that regard.

I was there at 5 for MVMCP last year and it took almost half an hour to get seated and then about another hour to get food/eat. But that seemed to be a worst case scenario.

It would be our first party and first LTT- so not sure what to expect-

The only downside was that I almost missed the first castle lighting show (in fact I left part of the party behind so they could get dessert). Other than that the only impact was the time (an hour and a half of party time) but for my planning the impact was minimal.

I find every time I eat at LTT we wait way past our ADR time to be seated. Given you have 4 which should be the first dinner seating you would be ahead of the game compared to others. I would for sure plan 1.5 hours.

I see that you stayed at POFQ this year - we are booked in there next year - how was the food in the QS restaurant there?

The only thing I ate at POFQ were beignets. They were delicious!

Similar experience when we were there early October for MNSSHP. ADR for 5 and waited close to 30 minutes before being seated. The service was prompt and very good. Spent about an hour there.

I think you would be out by 5:30. Are you staying for the party? I personally wouldn't do a TS on a night you were doing the party. I prefer to take advantage of the short ride lines before the festivities begin.

Same here. We've never done a TS during a party night. It feels like a loss of time when we could be enjoying shorter wait lines, special events, etc.
