I'm looking for one more dinner adr and i've never been to LTT. for the most part, i've only read good reviews? is there anyone who doesn't like it???

We have eaten there several times and have always enjoyed it. going to be eating there again on 10/23. Cant wait!

We ate there 2 Sunday's ago and loved it. Great character interaction, food was good (didn't care for the green beans though), and it wasn't loud. My husband is a real 'meat and potatoes' kind of guy and this was his favorite of all the character meals we had on this trip.

Sure, you'll always find people who don't like a particular restaurant. But if it appeals to you, give it a try! Never mind what anyone else says!

We ate there Sept '05 and we didn't like it at all. The food tasted like micro-waved pre-cooked stuff. It was only after we arrived home that it's Stoffers, that explain the micro-waved taste. Plus I can fix Stove-Top Stuffing at home, when we vacation, we like new and different meals!

I have to agree with NC State. Did not care much for the food, although it wasn't terrible. I'm glad we did it at least once though.

Atmosphere-A
Character Interaction-A
Food-D-would have been an F but that seemed too harsh.

People are not kidding when they say the mac n cheese is from Stouffer's. It really is nasty.

That being said- I really enjoy the place. If I get hungry later on in the night, I go to Casey's.

We always only eat LUNCH at LTT ... it's so good! You can order off the menu and the food is delicious, especially that wonderful pot roast. Great appetizers and desserts also.

We didn't like it. We were expecting a "Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner"
I don't know about your mother, but my mother never cooked food like that!

It was pretty much sliced lunchmeat. Between the 4 of us we maybe ate 1/2 pound of Turkey, ham, and beef. At $28 a person that's pretty expensive lunchmeat!

The character interaction was also pretty poor here. We prefer CP.

I love LTT...for dinner and lunch :) But if I had to choose I would pick dinner. The characters are great and I really liked the food. It's not gourmet by any means but it is good and we really liked it. The service is great as well.

I totally agree! Have been to most TS restaurants, but this was one of our last restaurants to try last summer (didn't go back this summer) and we didn't care for it at all. The food really is out of a box (server/chef told us as we have allergies), so it wasn't to our liking at all. Character interaction was ok, but we were seated right at the front, and this seemed to disuade the characters from coming over as people waiting in the foyer kept bothering the character. Also, the washrooms are very small for a restaurant of this size, so it was very crowded and hot as well.

Good luck with your meal choices, Tiger :)

Okay, you asked us what we think and here are my thoughts.
It is very Bland and Pedestrian. We enjoy a wide variety of foods, foods with a ton of flavor. The food here is basically food that you can get at a wholesale store and reheat. It is very very bland. Kind of like a T.V. Dinner. If you are one who is not an adventurous eater then you will probably like it just fine. Not everyone has the same taste buds. There is nothing wrong with people who like to stay simple and stay with what they are familiar with. The characters are great. Have fun.

I did not like my meal there, mostly because it was the only vegetarian option there...and while I like veggie items, I thought that the sprouty, curly, little wheat things....that I don't even know the name of.......were........icky.

:teeth:

Theming is cute and character interaction great, but don't go for the food. Lunch was tolerable and we would probably go again for that but never for dinner! The other posters were right with assessments of bland, frozen food like quality. While I respect others favorable opinions, I respectfully disagree.

Just got back from WDW 2 weeks ago. Ate at the LTT and loved it. For the money and interaction with the characters you can't beat it! :thumbsup2

Our food was great :stir: I've eaten there twice and will go again.

We went to dinner there once years ago and hated it. But we gave it another try in May, this time for lunch. Well, we still didn't like it. I had the pot roast and the pot roast at 50's blows it away! There was just not enough flavor, and I am a bland type of eater!! The mozerrella sticks were the beer bater kind and DD and I couldn't eat them, they were terrible. We were so hungry and then we saw some tables that had bread that looked so good. I asked the server, hey where's our bread? She said, oh you have to ask for it, we don't just give it out!! Well we asked for it and it was the best thing they had!!LOL The best description was the person who compared the food to tv dinners! For comfort food like that 50's is a better choice. JMHO!! ;)

Now that i have seen this thread...ARGHHH>> OK we have ressies for BOTH 1900 park fare AND ended up being able to grab LTT for the same night..I havent cancelled 1900....After reading this thread, im not sure WHICH we should go to??? HELP!!! they are both for OCT 31 ( we are going to MNSSHP...)

LTT ressies are at 4 something and 1900 are at 520 i beliv...Just 2 adults..I guess I wanted LTT to be INSIDE the park then hit the party...HELP* :confused3 :confused3

i never ate at 1900 but did at LTT and it was a very good meal and the characters were at the table every couple of minutes we had a great time
we did not eat the mac and cheeze lol but i do not at home either.i also have seen bad views on all the restaurtants so you should try the ones you want but i think you will like LTT . everyone has an opinion which is a good think but i find you have to to look at the menu,s of each place and see if what they serve is what you like we did this an had no bad meals while we were there because we new what we liked and that is how we picked where we would eat.
