I really depends on what you are looking for.
We live in Northern Virginia and have several very good Japaneese steak houses nearby. They are less expensive and the chefs are more into it. We ate here once - however, if you can't get Japanese at home then it would be a serious consideration. Also, they do not prepare fried rice on the grill - steamed only. We felt somewhat rushed the night we ate there (they were very busy and in a hurry to turn over the tables).
The Liberty Tree Tavern is in the Magic Kingdom. This is a character meal at dinner (Thanksgiving Served family style - all you can eat). The setting is Disney's "Colonial Williamburg". Characters wear colonial costumes. At lunch there is a regular menu (also very good). We always enjoy the food and is a must do for our family. We have always found this a relaxing ,eal with wonderful character interactions.
There is also a Liberty Inn - this is counter service in Epcot. Think fast food humburgers.
