Liberty Square Riverboat Shut Down 1st Week in April?????

Was just on WDW Park Calendar, states POC is closed down (already knew that), but no wit's also stating that the riverboat will be closed as well. I also read on another site that they'll be draining the river out for maintenance, so no Tom Sawyer's Isle..............

That's weird. It's only been a year and a half. It was down when I was on my honeymoon in September of 2004! I haven't ridden it since 1986!!!
