I the downtown disney Libby Lu still open? I have been trying for a week to get reservations for our trip in October and the phone never rings. They don't take email reservations so I am begining to think we will have to walk down and make reservations.

We were at Club Libby Lu in June and it was open and very busy. We stayed at the Grand Californian so we stopped by the store one morning and made a reservation for later that afternoon - had to pay a deposit to hold the space. My granddaughters (ages 3 & 9) loved the attention and the looks and comments they got afterwards when we went to the RainForest Cafe.

We were there Aug 21st! Crazy busy but we had reservations! I'd double check the number and try again!

We had the same experience these past two trips. You would need to go in on the first day of your visit to be sure of getting a time, oterhwise keep on with the phone. (although to be honest, I was glad of the excuse to avoid it even if my girls weren't!)

Just walking past that place gives me a headache. It is too small for all the girls and stuff that they cram inside, and I have NEVER seen it uncrowded. They have a line at the door before they open every morning even midweek. I dread the day my 2 year old knows what is going on in there! If you have never been there before, bring your patience, and leave your clausterphobia at home!
