What I AM brushing off is the phoney baloney "national security" outrage I've heard from the Dems and the liberal MSM since this whole thing began.

So high ranking officials in the Executive branch outting CIA operatives to members of the press is not a matter of nation security? Interesting take...

This has always been a political matter, pure and simple.

The only "politics" involved was the Bush Administration's unethical way they deal with those who refuse to go along with their playbook.

The truth of the matter is, President Bush ran on the promise that he was the man to bring back integrity and honor to the White House. If that's your platform, you can't blame the other side from taking well deserved shots when you and those of your ilk don't...

A question for you, that I've never seen asked. Why do you think Joe Wilson waited until July to publish his NYT Op-Ed? If he was so concerned that the White House was "manipulating" the Niger intelligence, in the President's January SOTU speech, why didn't he speak out then and there?

I didn't paste them together to make a totally new sentence . I took the jist of what you were trying to say and condensed it. All anybody had to do was look up the page a couple of posts. Btw, nice distraction and deflecting of my question. The White House would be proud!

If the NYT doesn't snag you, I'm sure Readers Digest Condensed Books would hire you. The problem is they might not realize how little your "version" matches the original. Might not matter if people don't bother to take the time to compare... which is usually what people who practice this tactic hope for.

Hopefully, this will have some impact on imminent local elections. Maybe some of those people on the fence will decide not to go with the Republican party.
