I know these have been asked before but I can't find where.

I've seen this on some TRs, the LGMH, I've looked through the abbreveations list but can't find what it stands for or what they are for.

Also, is there anywhere in CA where you can get the Happy Birthday buttons? Or somehere thats outside the parks?

Lime Green Mickey Heads. They are paint chips from Home Depot. Dis'ers wear them to identify themselves at the park.

Lime Green Mickey Heads.

It's a tradition from the Dis, WDW mostly, as a way to recognize fellow Dis'ers.

Someone found the "alien green" paint chip from Disney paint (it's Behr paint with disney colors), and the paint chip is in the shape of a Mickey head. (colorful mickey head on a rounded square card). It's sold at Home Depot.

So people go to Home Depot, grab an alien green mickey head paint chip, and then do various things with them. I generally grab a few colors, b/c I always think about painting things, and so I have an alien (lime) green and a bright yellow stuck together and they are hanging from the strap of my (lime green just b/c I like teh color) purse.

So it's just a way to recognize!

Now the funny thing is that there's a current sweatshirt with pink and lime green Mickey head accents inside the hood for sale at Disneyland and world!

I think this was answered in another post just recently, but I think there's a guest relations like place just out the front of California Adventure (to the left?) where you can get buttons from...

You could also ask random CMs, or the stroller rental CMs, CMs in the stores and restaurants...many people carry various buttons!

Oh, and they do have a guest-help area *inside* the park, to your left (I"m sure of this one!). They have had an erroneous sign leading you to think oyu're heading to Lost and Found, but L&F has moved outside the gates, and what's left is a single (when I've been there) CM willing to try to help you, or at least to direct to the place where someone can actually help you. They might, however, have birthday buttons!
