Lgmh Color?

Thanks for the picture but I'm still not sure what they are

I get that they designate DIS'ers from other Disney visitors and think that's cool but I haven't found the original description of what LGMH means.

Do they go on hats or are they nametags? Obviously I haven't a clue but am dying to know so I can play too
