Has anyone stayed at the Lexington Orlando Sun Resort recently. I booked it for 1 night in December and I am hoping it is OK. Thanks!

It's nothing more than OK. It's the former Hyatt Hotel, which underwent a very mediocre renovation circa. 2001 then went bankrupt in 2002. It stood vacant for five years before its current owners cleaned it up -- literally -- and began renting rooms out. It's the same furniture, bedding, towels, everything that the Hyatt used -- just checked for functionality and cleaned up. They're only using less than half the rooms -- the other half of the resort is still abandoned, although you can tour it (trees growing from the pool, etc.)

It's OK and acceptable for one-night... but you can probably do better for your $$$ in the DWV.
