Anyone else shop there? I am totally turned off by their CS?

I worked for them in the 1990's when the company was much smaller and in a strip center. I was in customer service and couldn't stand the attitude of my coworkers. Bunch of snobs, for the most part. The owners were the "fake nice" type. I didn't last very long there. I think I quit after 2 months. I can imagine the attitude is worse now that the company is bigger and more successful. They have nice things, though. I remember the owner Steve being obsessed with quality. I don't know if things have changed there. I haven't spent any money there since I left!!!
