My grandfather owned his own insurance agency. My mom grew up with his way of thinking on this. My mom didn't even want me driving her car for a couple years after getting my license. I had had a few fender benders but nothing major.
My mom wouldn't let the neighbor borrow her car (good relations and a safe driver just didn't want someone else driving) and just drove the neighbor to where she needed to go instead.
I would not do this ever. Two weeks is too long and for someone who does not even have a car and not used to driving constantly, it would be way too risky for me.

I also find it hard to believe that and adjuster wouldn't see the need for at least a million dollar umbrella.
I don't know what to tell you there golfgal. I could try and explain myself, but you seem not to believe anything that you don't say. So why should I waste my time.
