Oh this is too funny - I had forgotten my password as my original user name so rejoined as desperate housewife. I've since figured out my original password and will stay wishuponastarforever. My Mom's computer remembered me as my second user name.

Anyway - sorry for the confusion - from now on I remain wishuponastarforever.

DC is delivery confirmation. It is a number that is tied to the package. You can put the number into the USPS site and see if the item arrived. It costs extra if you do it at the PO, but if you print your label at home, it is free.

That is what the DC will do, let you know when it arrived. Which is a really great thing, as I had a packaged delivered to the back door and never would have looked around for it if someone hadn't posted that it was delivered.

Took mine to the APC tonight. Sent it by Priority w/DC and omg, 7lb package, it wouldn't fit into a ONE RATE box, so Oh well, this wasn an expensive box to send.(hehehe) I hope my person likes it. It's headed to the breadbasket of the Us.

AWMommy- I believe my dd rec'd yours. She (and I) LOVED it! I apologize for taking so long to write, I worked a 4 day weekend and had to get her off to camp on Monday.

The Tink purse is adorable, and whatever teas she doesn't drink, I will! The tattoos were cute, and oh, gosh, I know there was another thing or two in there.

Depends upon how many states away you mailed. Priority isn't really 2-3 days anymore. It could take up to 5 days from Ohio to California.

It seems to me the closer you are, the longer it takes
My priority across the country takes 2 days and the ones within the state take 2 days and then the ones a couple of states away seem to take 3 or 4
