Hi,

We had some problems with our stay to include that my Husband is now on the phone to the Carribbean Beach Resort trying to locate a box that was supposed to be shipped at Disney expense on Saturday by FedEx that the front desk/concierge never gave to FedEx. We have the shipping paperwork, the box is still at the resort I hope.

This is just the last problem in a sting of issues we had during the last few days of our stay.

Does anyone have any information on who I can write to with our concerns. This has really taken the magic out of our Disney vacation and Disney Wedding and Disney as a whole. If it was just one issue I could let it go but we had several. So much that I don't know if I ever want to visit again.

Just put the department name or some descriptive title as the first line. For example: "Manager, Caribbean Beach Resort"

When writing, please be sure to explain the issue and what you expect Disney to do to correct it or otherwise compensate you.

I really don't want compensation but would like them to make some improvements to correct the issues so that others don't get as frustrated as we are. Just really disappointed.
