Letter from DCL regarding 11/23 cruise

A FedEx letter from DCL was waiting for us when we got home yesterday. It said they were sorry I had taken ill toward the end of my cruise. It reitereated their attempts to combat the virus prior to the 11/23 voyage, and regretted that they had not successfully done so. It also reaffirmed that their top priority was to the comfort and safety of their passengers. And, it offered my family a free 3 day cruise on selected dates, or 50% off a 7 day cruise.

Another shining example of why we all love Disney - besides the magic, they always go above and beyond. Looks like we'll be crusing again in 2003!
