We bought one from Value City about 4 years ago - the price was ok just under $2k, but after 3 years the support is breaking down. There are huge dents left when we get up from sitting that take awhile to go away, and we're starting to hear the springs creaking. I love the look of it and it fits our room so perfectly, I'm just disappointed in the quality. It's mostly just adults sitting/lounging on it, although our kids use it occasionally - but no jumping or rough-housing. Feels like it should have lasted longer than a couple of years.
