I saw that one in the 34 signs of menopause on the www.power-surge.com site that I discovered last night while trying to get more info on perimenopause. Those women over there are killing me softly with there song.
Thanks for the link. I thought that I might be at the beginning stages and the 34 symptoms helped confirm. It is amazing some of the symptoms, I would have never thought of. I have been complaining of being light-headed/head rush the past couple of months. I would have never linked it to menopause. I also have the change in periods (shorter, heavier), fatigue, loss of concentration (thankfully there is an explanation for it), I was recently diagnosed with the beginning stages of arthritis and once in awhile my heart skips a beat.
Thankfully none of it is very severe at this point.
I now have a new found respect for women. I new hot flashes and moodiness, I had no idea how severe things could get.
Don't have to wonder about menopause here-had a total hysterectomy 4 months ago-been in perimenopause for 10 years. To be honest-with the exception of the pesky hot flashes I feel better now than the last 10 years!!! Guess I didn't need no stinking estrogen. Even dh commented about my new calm nature, but he is a little tired of freezing to death when a hot flash hits while we're driving-I crank that AC as cold as it'll go and turn the fan on high
