ok, so we are arriving sunday :cool1:, I know, very crowded day to be at the parks..................

We would like to see fantasmic (of course!!) BUT I have read in some other threads that people usually start taking over spaces up to 3 hours before.

I don't want to do this, and I have decided not to pay for the preferred seating. We watched fantasmic in february in WDW and even though we love it I just don't know if I want to put my boys (6 & 3) through the long wait.

Can someone help me on this? Do we really need to be there at 6p.m. if the show is scheduled for 9 p.m.?

Thank you guys!!!!!!

Late show you can get better seating but yes people stake out the place early no way would I do that.

We bit the bullet and paid for seats for this coming monday we fought the crowds before its just not worth it for us.

We did do the paid seating before loved it but the price is high.

For your young children, it would be better to do the 9:00 f! so you can watch the first show and stay for the fireworks.

If you want the front row sitting area right next to the roa, you have to start setting up around 6. It is long to wait for the 9:00 show, but people with young children do the first show. When I go to see F!, i seen alot of parents with young children do the 1st show then the second show. You can still show up around 2 hours before the show and still get a good spot, but it will be a few rows back if you show up later. But it wil be full around an hour before the 9:00 show.

If you have multiple adults with you, you can have someone stay in the spot you are sitting at and have the other members of your party go on rides or get food. You should bring a blanket to hold your spot if other people are trying to get a spot. People can be rude when they are coming the last second for the show.

I love F! so much, i am willing to wait that long for the show, but that is just me and some big fans of f!

You could always do what we did -- have the hubby save the spot with the blanket and you take the kiddos and go on rides. Come back every once in a while to check on the hubby and make sure he doesn't need anything. ;) Or since your brother is going maybe you all could switch off. The 3 hours goes fast. All you have to do is people watch, get some food and drinks, like I said, switch off going on a couple of rides, go potty, and before you know it the show is starting. My DH is a prince. He saved the spot and took a nap while waiting for me.:lmao: He didn't mind in the least.

The thing is that last minute due to business my hubby won't be coming!! :sad2: He has to fly to KS instead.

So it's my brother and me + the boys. We have done the taking turns thing before and you are right, it might be worth to try it again. Let's see how it goes!!!!

Thanks
