does any one like to do skits i think skits are soooooo fun too do like the one im in for a show now called the zit skit ill post the script for it if you like so

I love to act! But I'm not in any plays yet.

ive never been in a play just an extra in cinderella but in my drama class theres way to manny ppl so they had to make it 8th grade only and adishon only even then there is to many ppl to have any fun doing plays so we just do skits that go around one theme

I'm in my high school's play right now.. it's called Makin' It.. I have a lead-ish.. there are several characters who have stories that develop throughout and mine is one of them.. so I'm not "supporting" but there really isn't any really specific "leads" especially with the female parts.

I prefer being in musicals over plays.. I'm better at dancing and singing than just acting

i like plays i suck at singing (unless in a corrus) if i get into the school i want i will be in some i some day want to be in movies and or tv shows

i love to act, i didnt make the drama club because its always a comedy and i stink at comedy but i'm trying out for the musical (with a lil help from my freind who has been getting voice lessons since she was 5) :goodvibes my voice is pretty good but i just need lessons on how to conrol it properly :thumbsup2

Skits are great. If you're not confidant in acting for a long period of time on stage, its much easier, and you can build up confidance with a skit. Then you can slowly build up to longer and longer things.

I'm thinking about trying out for Cinderella at a local theater. The auditions are in January, so I guess I have plenty of time to prepare. I'm not a very good singer, but my band teacher always said that if I can play an instrument, I could sing. So hopefully I'll be able to at least hold notes somewhere along the line, lol.

Do you guys know any good audition songs?

talk to your music teacher.

I LOVE acting! Especially Musical Theater! I have been Annie in Annie twice (20 performances) Veruca Salt in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (32 performances) Aunt Eller in Oklahoma, Mrs. Paroo in the Music Man, and much more. Im also in the Boston Childrens Chorus.

That's a good idea. Why didn't I think of that? lol
