Happy Columbus Day to my American friends and
Happy Thanksgiving Day to my fellow Canadian friends
Yes I just put my potatoes,carrots,onions, garlic and oh yeah the roast too, all into the crock pot. Now it can cook it's heart out for 12 hours. I'm not a huge fan of turkey and since we are staying home this year for Thanksgiving I can cook ROAST !!!!

By the way thanks for all the hellos and yes we had loads of people who ruined the post by not replying

Oh well the rest of us will just have to shower in the pixie dust!!
