I originally saw Captain EO when I was five in 1990, and I LOVED it.

My DH had never seen it, so I made him watch it on youtube the other day. He couldn't get over how crazy/ridiculous it was.

It has been almost 20 years since I had seen so I didn't really remember a lot about it, so it was almost like watching it for the first time again. hehe It was GREAT.

I've only seen in on Youtube, but even so I much prefer it over HISTA..
I kind of wish it would happen, although I'd still prefer a new, more unique ride.

They should close Honey I Shrunk the Audience, replace it with Captain EO for a limited period (6 months, say) as a tribute and then bring in a brand new film.

I doubt it would come back. It would be nice to run it for a week or so as a little tribute. I would say it was the best movie they ever had there

I would love to see them do a tribute run to...at least at one of the 2 parks.
With his death, all of the pedo-issues are non-existant, so they don't have to worry about that anymore.
