Let's start a MNSSHP ticket watch!

hi, could you please tell if last year if wishes was shown at mnsshp in it's "regular" display or if they changed it at all for a halloween theme? thanks in advance.

I believe last year's MNSSHP was still "Fantasy in the Sky" with the Witch flying and MVMCP was "Wishes" with Tinkerbell flying (instead of Rudolph).

We'll see what they do this year...it should say in the description on their website when tickets are released and also in the letter they send you with your tickets.

I called CRO today when I saw the dates were now set. I got a very nice, chatty CM who I have spoken to before. She said that May 2nd looks to be the targeted date for the tickets for both MNSSHP and MVMCP to go on sale! :hyper: She also told me that the 'que' to incoming calls opens at 6:45. I told her I knew where I'd be that morning!!:sunny:

We were at 2003 MNSSHP and they had Wishes with peripheril fireworks added. It was really neat.

Are the tickets really hard to come by? What are the hours of the Halloween party? Do you need to be a resort guest?

If I make it to the Halloween party I will probably be staying onsite, but I may be there in early December staying in my mom's timeshare and was hoping to possibly make it to the Christmas party at that time.

Thanks, T&B

No they are not hard to come by. Only Halloween night and probably the last Friday party in October (Oct 29).

No you do not need to be a resort guest.

This will be my first Halloween in Disney. We will be going on the Disney Cruise on the 30th.

I've told my friends that are going with me that I am going....she doesn't want to go. Give me some reasons to get her to go too!!

Tell her good candy (even for adults!), little kids (and big "kids") dressed up in their best Halloween garb, villains galore (many only come out at Halloween), a headless horseman, great parade, awesome fireworks, and easy entry on rides. If that isn't enough, she probably doesn't like Disney all that much anyway.

This is my family's favorite event. We are at Disney from the 22nd until the 31st. We avoid the 31st--relatively crowded. We will go at least two other nights--maybe three. The best time in MK for us is at night, and the MNSSHP is the best!

Thanks! I sure didn't want to buy my tickets for the MNSSHP until I know for sure when I'm going (as in have my plane ticket and resort ressie). Glad to know I can relax... deep breath... :teeth:

Is anyone on this thread going on the Halloween Disney Cruise besides me????

I can't wait. I'm also bugging Disney as to when tickets for MNSSHP will be on sale as well! So if we all pester them, maybe they'll do it early!

Fat Chance!!!!

Tell us more about the cruise? Are you talking about the riverboat or something different?

I believe she mean the Disney Cruise line cruise, where you do some park days and the 3 or 4 night Bahamian cruise.

I'm talking about the 7 night Eastern Carribean Cruise aboard the Disney Magic. A beautiful ship (I've been on once before). The ship leaves Port Canaveral on Saturday, Oct 30 and returns on November 6th. We will stop at the ports of St. Maarten, St. Johns and Disney's island of Castaway Cay. (do I sound like a commericial yet?)

These cruises are fabulous!! I've been on the 3 night, the 4 night and the 7 night Western Carribean cruise so far. This new adventur will take me to the eastern side. My hubby and I have loads of fun on these and haven't thought of choosing another cruise line....ok so now I sound like a commercial!!

Is anyone on this thread going? There's another thread going but I wanted to meet more fun people.

vikingfans-

We'll be on the 10/30 Magic too. We're planning to stay at BCV the week before and go to MNSSHP either Tues or Thurs (if the dates I saw were the right ones).

I think we'll all be pirates, nothing fancy, just cheap Halloween store costumes.

Julie

Close... we'll be on the Wonder for a three-day cruise returning the 31st. Anybody know if they'll have any Halloween activities on this one? We're planning on MNSSHP either the Sunday or Tuesday before, but curious whether the boat will have anything since we dock on Halloween morning.

cool skoi, I think there are a bunch of us meeting on deck 10 forward as we depart. I can't wait to meet everyone!!!

Count me in,

We are going on our first cruise Magic Western on the 9th - and our first MNSSHP on the 8th...

Denise

I've been on the Western before. Key West is a blast!!! Don't miss the sunset celebration! :sunny:

I didn't get into Grand Cayman, because I went scuba diving and was tired when we got done.

At Cozumel, we went diving again and went to town after. What a hoot!!! There are some excellent bargains there too!!!

Have a cool drink for me!!
