Let's see your Disney Coffee Mugs

My partner has fun drawing cartoons, he drew some evil Disney stick characters for our MNSSHP t-shirts (We wear and keep them as a memory, more practical than a costume traveling from the UK). So I secretly took all his art work and created a magic mug to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary and our trip to the world in a few weeks.

I know this is off topic but i got a HUGE laugh when seeing the toaster. I bought this for my wife the 2nd or 3rd year we were married. Dont get me wrong I love my wife, but being a bit older and wiser, I prolly wouldn't again spend $80 on a toaster.

Yep. An $80 toaster from the little kitchen shop that used to be in marketplace at Downtown Disney on our first trip together in 2002. The things you do when you are younger.

We have used it vitually every morning for the last 8 years, twistedly consuming mickey head after mickey head.... the image burned onto the toast when you use it. Oh and if you think your sick of the song after riding the ride a few times. How about hearing "Its a Small World" everytime the toast pops up?

We had six originally, now we are down to three. These are from a UK Disney store (about 3 years ago). Yes the middle one has hot chocolate in, they are well used!

My figment mug is my prize possession. I don't use it that often I am too afraid that i will break it. I use my purple tink one everyday.

#2 Your partner's artwork is AWESOME!!! He should try to market that to Disney! I would totally buy stuff with those cartoon characters on it, for sure!!

I've been collecting Disney mugs since the early 90's. Last time I counted, I had 86. I keep most of them in storage and use my favorites to drink out of. I saw a lot of mugs in the pictures that I have and a lot I would like to have!

My favorite Disney mug: a fairly rare DCA mug from back when the park had a land called "Condor Flats". The signage is still there in the park, but the original mini-lands (Condor Flats, Bay Area, Pacific Wharf, etc. are now just called "Golden State"). Note also the original (retired) DCA logo and the graphic of the old Sun Wheel.

I went with my refillable mug collection.

Caribbean Beach from August 1996 (when Cinderella's Castle was mostly pink, with grey spires). At this time, the mugs were left in the room. If you wanted to purchase them, you simply used them and the $6.95 (I think) was charged to your room. These were tiny. 12 ounces

We bought two of these during our Disneymoon of '94. I know where one is. I can only imagine the other is in a box... somewhere.
