My DH, DD 6, DS 6 mths & Me will be staying at the WL Jan 28th - Feb 1st. We are so excited to go & got a great rate being a FL resident. We did notice that last year seemed a bit busier then previous years. We thought Disney was giving something away...but we still had a great time. Can't wait to go back

Now the disney cruise reservation site is being 'enhanced', and I do know that our cruise is pretty empty in January - maybe they are going to lower rates there.

I've never been on the curise, does it really offer as much fun as the parks ?

We took our first Disney Cruise in Jan 08 and are returning in Jan 09. The cruise offers a different kind of fun! We enjoyed it because we were able to have great family time and then adult time while the kids were in their activities.

See, I wonder how I'd handle that... I get nervous leaving my kid with strangers.... even on a cruise. Light how at Disney World they have in-room babysitting... I could never do that. I guess I am spoiled, because right now, if we need a sitter it's either family, or some very good friends that watch her.

I think all parents are probably a bit nervous, but it seems to be a great program and very secure. When we went to pick our son up from the Club, he typically wanted to stay longer.

Every child is different though, so you have to go with what you are comfortable with.

I see you are from Wisconsin. Me, too! January is a great time to get away from here, isn't it!
