We are staying at CSR (for the first time), arriving on 9/14 for 8 nights. We are a family of 5 (dh, me, 8yr, 8yr, 2yr). We are staying in a standard room, 7 days of MYW tickets. COST: $2673.

Think we got a great deal.:cool1: We LOVE the sit down restaurants at disney!!! Can't wait to make our ADR's on 9/18.

LOVE a Great Deal!!! Thank you Disney.

Sounds like you will be having a great time! :goodvibes I've never stayed at CSR, but my TA had nothing but good things to say about it.

We are a family of two - just DH and myself. Staying at POFQ 09/17 - 09/22, king bed, 2-day MYW tickets, regular DDP. TOTAL COST: $1450

We stayed at POP last year (our first on-site stay), and we are looking forward to staying at a mod this time.

ADRs available for us on 03/21 - just a little over a week away! :woohoo:

We will be traveling 8/26-31 as a party of 4 - 2 adults and 2 chidren (Disney adults) who will be aged 13 and 12 years. We are staying 6d/5n at the Contemporary in a tower room with Theme Park view. We upgraded to the Deluxe Dining Plan from the free regular dining plan. Our total, including trip insurance, is $4925.81. We saved over $1100 and cannot wait to get there! :goodvibes

Our whole vacation started as a party of 6 staying at SSR in a 2 br villa for 7 nights between 8/18-25 with the DxDP. A lot has changed!

We have switched 3 times now. I think we finally have it right. We had to dance around the visa FD offer that didn't have much to choose from. Then we went with the public offer.

We prefer the QSDP. Here is our package for 11 days

POP Century 8/25 to 9/3
Free QSDP
7 day MYW ticket with WP&F option
Total 2322.38

8/25 - 9/1 CBR preferred, 2 adults, 2 children (disney adults ages 12 and 10), regular DP, 7 day base tix for $2664. The girls don't remember staying anywhere but POP so going mod is all new to them. I think I'm more excited than the rest of my family and am trying not to wish my summer away!

We started at ASMo then switched to POFQ then when FD came out We had to switch to POR (I wanted either PO resort so Im happy)

We are staying POR 8/25-9/01 at POR garden view room with 2 adults and a 9 yr old and 4 yr old with 7 day base tickets total cost $2505!!
This could all change by august! i want a royal standard room or just a standard room. Id rather pay for a pretty room than a view! It could become POFQ is a standard becomes available! And Im on the fence about PH. Always had them was gonna try without PH but Im not sure if my family can go without hopping lol! Overall Im happy with what I got!!!:cheer2:

We went from staying at POR aug 23-sept 2nd to now staying at Beach Club from aug 25-sept 2nd. We are also now doing Nick Suites from Aug 23-25 instead of staying on Disney resort with no FD. Price actually works out same even with 2 night stay at Nick Suites. Kids will love it! Havent told them yet

We are doing the following - 1 adult & 2 Disney adults:

Poly GC CL --2 nights - no park tickets/dining/just RELAX :) $749 (celebrating my sons graduation-airline discount rate)

ASSPorts--8 nights (preferred room), 3 days of tickets, upgraded from FD to the Deluxe Plan $2913.37

Then to end our vacation we always stay 2 nights at Embassy Suites LBV & drive to the ocean ....

Airfare= FREE - standby but still free (work for an airline)

FD Sept 28-Oct 4, 2012 staying POLY GV CL 4 Disney Adults = $5503.00....so excited to be trying the POLY for the first time!we will be moving over to Universal Studios Oct 4-7 and staying at HRH CL :cool1:

CBR standard room 09/08/12-09/15/12...2 adults, 2 day park hoppers free dining, $1979.34. I would really like to knock the first to or last 2 days off an stay at Universal. Heres hoping they come out with some discounts.

My husband and I are finally taking our belated honeymoon after our Disneyland Wedding and are using the free dining offer as an excuse to take our first trip to WDW!! We're really excited. We're doing CSR in a king size water view from 9/9-9/15. 6 Day Park Hoppers (1 day at WWOHP) and upgraded to Deluxe Dining. $2400 base. Found Flights for 350 rt per person. Making ADR's on Tuesday!! I'm so excited for our first trip!

Ok here goes...2 adults, CSR standard, requesting Ranchos w/courtyard view, and two queen beds. Ahh, no blanket stealing, or pillow theft. After twenty two years separate beds is HEAVEN.

Back to the subject, two days base MYW tix. Will be using our WPFM no expiration tickets for a day at Blizzard Beach. Along with a day at Universal with park to park Costco tickets.

Final price...$1,310.74, savings over $500. Five nights, six days.

Haven't bought airfare down yet, but we will be taking Amtrak with a roomette back home (Meals included). Will probably fly Southwest down (Peanuts and pretzels included).

PS Do you live in NC? Be sure to vote no on amendment one!

We are a family of 4...me, DH, DD4, DD2. Here's what we booked:

9/29 - 10/11 (yes...we decided to do TWO WEEKS in the World!)
10 day base tickets
2 Pop standard rooms (we like to spread out...and give the girls their own room) with QSDP
$3763.97 (which breaks down to ~$73 pp/pd including everything, including an extra room!)

We will be doing a few special "extras"...BBB for DD4, Wishes Dessert Party, and possibly MNSSHP.

9/29...are you here yet?!? :cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

We will be at CBR 8/25-9/2. We are a family of 7, 2 adults, 3 disney adults (14, 12, and 10), and 2 kids (6 and 3). Two rooms, Regular DP and 8 day base tickets for $5,070.

So if you see a family with 5 Boys, that would be us!

We are taking our second trip as a family on 9/9-9/16. Staying at the WL with deluxe dining plan. It's Me, DH, DD who will be 5 and DS who will be 20 months. Staying in a standard room. Total cost, minus airfare: $3600.00.

I was trying to convince my husband to stay at CSR, since we really liked it there last year, but he wanted a deluxe. We stayed at AKL last year too, and I feel as though I am cheating on it, by not coming back. :lmao:

I think I have resort remorse! :scared:

We are staying in a Royal Room @ POR Riversid September 29-October 5 (2 adults and 2 children) for $2052.76.

We are only getting the minimum 2-day tickets because we have APs.

Savings of $765 with free dining.

We normally go later in October for MNSSHP, but now that my youngest has to pay, free dining is worth it for us (we usually do the DP due to all of the character meals my DD HAVE to do).
