Let's Keep Track of Room Issues at Check-in

The room looked as thought it was cleaned.The towle were hung new the shammoo etc was in place everything was as normal.

When I bought the left items to the desk.
The CM said that sometimes that happens when a guest is leaving the room on check out day and is there Mousekeeping right there they go in and clean the room.
Then the guest changes thier mind and does not "check out" so the key is still active.

My exerience is that the number of times we have had no issues far out number the few minor issues that we have dealt with and had resolved quickly.
