So I completely understand that ADRs that I made with a credit card hold have a required one-day-prior cancellation policy.

However, let's say I have an ADR at 6:30pm at Liberty Tree Tavern (no CC hold) and we decide we want to eat earlier and get into Tony's (no CC hold) with a 5pm reservation.

Is there a way for the attendant at Tony's (again, just as an example) to cancel my reservation for me at LTT? Or will I need to call reservations or go to LTT while in MK to cancel said reservation?

Obviously, without a credit card hold, it's simply a matter of being courteous. I was just curious if there's a way for a CM at a non-credit-card-holding reservation/restaurant to cancel an ADR for you.

Thank you!

I don't know if the staff at the restaurants can do it like you described, but GR in the parks can cancel reservations if you are able to stop in there.

I think it would be easier to cancel them yourself. You can program the dining res number into your phone. There's also cancellation phone number for reservations that have a cc hold, although I don't know if they'll also cancel non-cc hold ADRs. GR at the parks and the concierge at the resorts can also cancel for you. You can stop by the restaurant and let them know you won't be coming. And if you're in your resort room there's a number on the phone.

I don't think CMs at other restaurants can call for you because they're busy with guests at their own restaurant. Also, I don't remember seeing or hearing telephones at the check in podium.

The staff at Tony's should be able to cancel your LTT ADR for you without any problems. I've had this happen to me actually.

And yes, you still have the option of going to Guest Relations (across from Tony's) and have them do everything for you.
