A card? Bettis should send him a GIFT for the rest of his life.
Only fair, after that horrible call on the Interception.

Yes that was the worst call ever!

Everyone was complaining about the pass interfernce last night this was worse.

THE STEELERS COMIN TO DENVER...BRING IT ON.

Be careful what you wish for, baby! ;)

OMG! I need oxygen! :faint:

My heart can't take this! :teeth: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

I'm not a Steelers fan at all. But props to them! Wow, that's great football playing. I'm impressed. If they beat Denver I told DH I was going to have to root for them in the Superbowl for their great playing. He said that was grounds for divorce! :rotfl2: Seriously, they've showed their talent.

Oh man, what a game! Our family are one of the few Steeler fans here in Indy. My DH wished he got tix for today's game. Any way, we won, we won!!!!!

What a nice post! They work hard, no doubt about it. It was a great game, both teams played their hearts out.

I was watching the game as DH was very interested in the outcome (broncos fan), and I thought of you at the very end!

Next week should be fun!

We went to church in our black in gold best (remember we are in Colts territory). We kindly got called "traitors". I don't care, we're got Steeler blood and I've got you guys for support. :)

What a game, what a game! :hyper:

WOO HOO!!! This city is going to be OUT OF CONTROL this week. :) We're all just loud and proud Steelers fan and all of us bleed black and gold!!!!!!! :)

So what are Pittsburgh and the surrounding cities going to do??? Feed my need for info! Thanks! Sure wish we could be there this week...bummer.

I've been trying to find a live news station feed (webcast?), but was unsuccessful. Pitts locals, do you have any live webfeed suggestions for me?

It's no fun listening to the Colts.

For Steeler fans who are not local, here are some links for you to check out.

links to t.v. and radio stations in and around the Pittsburgh area.

The following was posted to me by my friend Purplern. She's lives in the Pittsburgh area.

Subject: Joke for Pittsburgh Steeler Fans!

After having lived full lives, both Bradshaw and Elway passed away.

When Elway got to heaven, he was greeted by God, who guided him to a modest
little house with a faded Broncos flag in the window. "This house is yours
for eternity, John!" said God. "This is very special because not everyone
gets a house up here." John, indeed, felt special and walked up to his
house. On his way to the porch, he noticed another house just around the
mansion with a Black 'n' Gold sidewalk, a 50' tall flagpole with an
enormous Steeler flag flying and in every window was a Terrible Towel.

John says to God, "I'm not trying to be ungrateful but I have a question. I
was an all-pro QB, I won 2 Super Bowls and I'm now in the Hall of Fame."
God responded, "So what would you like to know John?" and John asks, "Why
does Terry Bradshaw get a better house than me?"

At this, God chuckled and said, "John, don't be silly. That's not Terry
Bradshaw's house, it's mine!!!"

Go Steelers! Here we go Steelers ..Here We Go!!

21- 18 STEELERS!!!! Whoo hoo!

My sister lives in Indiana and has always been a Steelers fan. She said the game yesterday converted her husband into a Steelers fan, too. On the other hand, my oldest son (8) just loves Peyton Manning, and I felt so sorry for him at the end of yesterday's game. I'm still glad the Steelers won, though. I'm wearing my Joey Porter jersey all week. He played great!

Loved the joke...DH thought is was great. OK fellow local black & gold fans need to find a Troy T-shirt any suggestions?

I think my Joey Porter jersey originally came from the store downtown by the stadium, but my kids won it at a charity auction downtown. All the Steeler's fans should look into these. The tickets are about twenty bucks each, then you buy some raffle tickets. They give away all kinds of terrible towels, jerseys, little helmets, etc. and there are a few players there to autograph them. There are several of these events throughout the season. Those authentic jerseys that you can't find in the department stores cost like $75.

There is also a store in the South Hills, that might have some knock-offs and there used to be people selling stuff on Rt. 19 in Cranberry. I haven't seen many Polamalu shirts at the department stores.

I don't think they would have admitted their mistake if the Steelers had lost.

Go to www.steelersfever.com and read Neal Coolong's article about Sunday's game! It's too funny and oh so close to the reality at our house during that gut-wrenching game! :faint: :rotfl:

It's under "featured story" on the right side of the page.

GO STEELERS!

I don't think so either, unfortunately.

Sadly, I agree too. Good thing the Steelers kept on going....hard. They did great. Yes, the game would've been over sooner, but this just shows the guts they have to get things done.

Any one know the odds of having the SAME refs in Denver and possibly the Super Bowl? I hope they won't be around this Sunday.
