Day 5 - Part 3
Here are some more pictures from the Training Camp...
After this, it was time to float the lazy river for a while...
We told Alec to get close to me for a family picture... I scooted him and Tailor close, and....... What do you possibly think could happen next ???

After this, we went up and me and Alec rode the Toboggan Racers... I love how fast I get going... I have never lost a race yet!

At this point, it was about 3:30pm... Toni wanted to head back to the resort at this point as she was getting tired and Tailor did not want any part of any of the rides now... Me and Alec headed up for the Slush and Gusher... Alec was a little nervous knowing it was about 80 feet tall, and he has never been on anything this big before, but I coaxed him into trying it...

Here is the view from the top of the Slush and Gusher...
We closed the park out and left at 5:00pm... We were able to catch a bus right as it was ready to leave, so no wait for us! We were back at the resort by 5:25...
Right as we walked in, I knew things were not good... Tailor was sick and had thrown up around 5:15... Toni had called for housekeeping to help clean up the mess, and so me and Alec changed and tried to help... I cleaned up what I could, and piled it all in the corner... At around 6:00 I called housekeeping again to ask the status, and they told me it takes about an hour to get someone up to the room... I figured by this point, it was already 45 minutes in, so it can't be much longer... WRONG! Another 20 minutes went by and nothing, so I called again... I wasn't very pleasant this time, and made it known, so they said that they would have someone up soon... Within about 5 minutes, a knock on our door, it was housekeeping... Only thing was, they brought us clean sheets and towels, and that was it... I told the lady we needed to get the room disinfected cause my DD had thrown up in the bathrrom and it was on the floor and carpet... The lady said she would have to get someone else up there to help do that, she was only the delivery gal... At this point, i was fuming with frustration... Toni had made it clear at 5:15 that we needed to get cleaner and all new stuff up to the room... I called back for a 4th time, and they were like, "Didn't someone come to the room yet to bring new stuff?" I told them that they just left, but I needed someone to actually clean the room, not just clean stuff... She put a new request in and said to wait for a bit... It was another 45 minutes before we had another knock on or door... Finally it was someone who brought their cart with cleaners... The guy was very nice and very apologetic that it took so long... He stripped the bed, put on all new stuff, cleaned the carpet, cleaned the bathroom, left 3 spare sets of sheets, a couple extra blankets, mopped our bathroom floor, took out all the garbage liners so that Tailor had clean ones to use just in case, and even offered to bring her anything she needed too make her feel better... He kept offering suggestions for Tailor and kept saying he hoped she felt better... He actually turned our bad experience into a good one... He was amazing... By the time it was clean, it was a little past 7:15, 2 hours after the original call... We were all a little hungry, so I took off and got dinner from the food court and brought it back to the room...
Next up - What to do with the rest of the night ???
