We are going to Disneyworld, we are going to Disneyworld. :cool1::cool1::cool1:

Now that I am got that out of my system. This trip is truly exciting as it will be the first trip for our twin daughter's (Emmersyn and Everly) and it has also giving me the motivation to get back into shape as I will be running the Princess 5K.

DH and I are no stranger to Disneyworld. We have been there 5 previous times, including our Honeymoon where we truly fell in love with all things Disney. We also know this trip will be much different then any trip we have experienced at Disneyworld, as we have two little ones in tow. We are definitely looking forward to seeing the smaller things of Disney, and going with the flow.

Follow us, as this type-A planner tries her best to go with the flow.

Thank you! I have never ran in an Disney Event either, so I am quit excited. DH did a Marathon about 2 years ago, it was pretty amazing to just watch.

Right now I am only doing a walking / running program for about 15 minutes 3 times a week. I got an awesome jogging stroller to push the girls in, so I have no excuse not to train and get some fresh air while the weather is still nice.

DH and met through mutual friends 5 years ago and we learned very quickly that we both loved to travel. It was not until our honeymoon 3 years ago that we stumbled on a place called Disneyworld. We had a fantastic time but of course as all you veterans know you can never see it all in just one vacation and we found ourselves very quickly saying that when we come back we will have to check this out or do this.

That was the summer of 2011. That trip has eventually brought us to a total of 5 trips so far, not including this upcoming one. Our past trip have included Marathon Weekend (2012), 4-Day Bahama Cruise (2012), Mickey's Halloween (2011) and Christmas Party (2012).

Our last trip was Christmas of 2012. That was our Babymoon as my mom likes to call it to celebrate the pregnancy of two very special babies. It was about this time we realized we would not make it back to Disney World in 2013.

I was put on Bedrest around 30 weeks of my pregnancy due to high blood pressure, it was really during this time I started making plans to go to Disney world as early new year. As I continued my research one day I stumbled upon the Run Disney Site and it hit me this would be the perfect motivation to get back into shape and to introduce the girls to our favorite place!

It seems like forever ago that I booked myself into the Princess 5K... I was still pregnant and been put on bedrest. I must of been going stir crazy at that point, hoping to get some physical activity out of me. I have never done really good sitting still.

Background: I am not a runner. I use to run short track 15 years ago in junior high, stopped as soon as I enter high school to ligament problems in my calves. I love to hike and go for walks all the time. That pretty concludes all things I do for pounding the pavement.

Some goals we made to when the twins were born: We decided to switch to Clean Eating. Also to enjoy the outside more go for daily walks, hang out in our community park more when the weather is nice. Most important Stay Active.

The training: I don't really plan on doing a lot of heavy training until about 15 weeks before the race (beginning of November). I am going to follow Jeff Galloway 5K Plan. It came highly recommended by a friend of mine. Until then the Girls and I have joined a Fitness Stroller Class, we also go on daily walks outside or at the mall.

The most important activity I have had fun doing so far is creating a Playlist for my walks and runs:

You'll Be In My Heart
Following the Leader
Give a Little Whistle
When you Wish Upon a Star
Let's Go Fly a Kite
You've Got a Friend in Me
The Siamese Cat Song
Zipadeedoodah
Almost There
Down in New Orleans
Touch the Sky
When Will My Life Begin?
The Bella Notte
Tiki Tiki Tiki Room
It's a Small World After All
Mickey Mouse Club March
Can You Feel the Love Tonight
They Live in You
Jessie the Yodeling Cowgirl
When She Loved Me
Sugar Rush
Under the Sea
Strange Things
I'll Make a Man out of You
Strange Things
Whistle While You Work
Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride
When Can I see You?
Circle of Life
Let It Go

The biggest problem I will have is not to sing while I run!!!!
