Chef John at Pop Century is an awesome guy. I have several allergies including dairy and I have not had a milkshake in years. I asked if it was possible to get one made with Tofutti and soy milk. He made the most delicious milkshake ever. I want to go back and get one when I visit in Spetember.

i know and most of the time the disabilities forum is the best and with the most caring people but a couple threads have gotten a little out of hand. So i figure we all should regroup step back and post good stories and we all be nice to each other then may be it will spill over to other threads and threads won't turn bad.


All the stories shared so far are great so please keep them coming we all like hearing about the great disney can be and how great your trips have been.

While in line to meet Aladdin in Epcot, my son asked if we could try to go meet Belle ( he LOVES the princesses) I told him that I did not think that we would be able to because it was getting to hot for him and she was not even out yet and she might already have a long line of people waiting. You could tell that he was sad, but he understood. The Cm working the line took me to the side and asked if my son really wanted to meet Belle. I said yes and tried to explain the situation. He got on his radio and asked when Belle was coming out and walked off. He came back, asked me my sons name then he told someone on the radio my sons name and what he was wearing. He then told us to walk over the the area where Belle would be.
We get to that area and a different CM stops us and tells us to wait in a area off to the side. Belle comes out and my son gets so excited. Then she looks right at him and said " Noah, where have you been, I was looking all over for you". I can not tell you how happy that made him. For her to know his name was the most special thing in the world to him.

That great wait until magic bands go into full effect because if you like belle saying his name wait until other meet and great are able to say his name. And wait until your on rides and it will celebrate your birthday and or celebrations.

It's amazing how something like a milkshake can be so fun ( I am known for pulling into a drive thru every now and then for one). The chef sounds like a great guy.

I know they have planed in it a small world they put video monitors in that will do something when your boat get near of someone on the boat is celebrating something. Like to see what happens if they get a birthday and something else at te same time.


In you story mania they installed a new etch a scacth that rumored to do something not sure what. It it just be an interactive element to pass time.

For meet and greet I know they going to put a talking Mickey that will be able to say your name and other things.

I am sure they will come up with something for face character mine way price or something that the princess can say the kids name.

Their so much they can do so it will be interesting to see them add things.

Just on lost kids they will be able to increase the safety because now they could scan the van find out kids name where staying and maybe parents name and cell phone. If they out that on the band we have to see I think that would be a good idea for kids to out extra info on the band just in case they get lost Disney could find the parent quicker.
