Why ask this question if you are only going to argue when given another point of view????
A co-worker is working on a project that involved the job I used to have. The person that took over my duties is on maternity leave so I was asked what I thought of this form before she sent it out. I told her what I would have done different and why. They way she had it set up was kind of complicated. This is a form that will be sent out to vendors for them to include rates etc. In my experience it is best to keep it simple when doing these types of things. She started arguing with me on why her way was right.
I finally told her if it was me I wouldn't do it that way but I am not going to be the one dealing with it. She can do what ever she wants to do.
If you really don't want feedback why ask for it??????
