Point will be going up my friends. DVC watches these boards and all you guys that say your buying. It will be $115 per point (6K for 50 Points, 17k for 150 points).

Points to get rooms same as BCV and VWL + 4 to 5 points each night. So say 75-100 points for a studio and 150 -200 points for a 1 BR. 250 - 300 for 2BR.

If the studios still accomodate 4, I don't think the rates for them will be higher than BCV, VWL. I could see 1-2 bedrooms being higher if they offer additional bedding.
