Let me just say that BEACH CLUB ROCKS!!!!

We just returned from a 14 night stay at WDW. We spent our first 8 nights at OKW and then 6 at BCV in a 2 bedroom at each resort. WE LOVED LOVED LOVED LOVED LOVED BEACH CLUB!!!! Right away we wished we had done more nights at Beach Club instead of OKW. Now don't get me wrong....we enjoyed our OKW portion, but my kids absolutely loved SAB. Our entire stay there was perfect. The only negative I could say and even that didn't bother us really....was that when we ate lunch yesterday at Beaches and Cream and our waitress was not very pleasant. Other than that....every other single person we encountered there was extremely nice. The manager of the Beach Club leaves these really nice messages on your phone too welcoming you and then another when you are on your last day there. I mean.......that place is AWESOME. The cm's at the pool are great....there are a zillion activities that they do every day with the kids at the pool. The pool was open until 11:00. We had no problems getting a table/chairs each day either. I can't wait to plan another trip there next summer. The day we arrived I called right away to see if we could add another cash night.......I could have easily stayed my entire 2 weeks there. BEACH CLUB OWNERS......................WOW....YOU HAVE AN AMAZING HOME. Thanks sooooooooooooo much for sharing it with me.....an SSR owner.

Glad you loved BCV. Now you see why the resale value is so high (location, SAB, and the limited number of rooms).

Maybe you should consider an add-on at BCV?

glad you and your family had a great time, we have not stayed at bcv yet but we hope to next year we felt the same way for okw as you did for bcv, its so nice when we are on vacation and get little surprises like this to make it even better.

We enjoyed our OKW stay too.....we would stay again there but BCV was amazing. We loved every single thing we experienced there.

I'm so excited for my 1st BCV stay at Christmas - thanks for the post! I only hope it's warm enough to use the pool -- it would be such a waste of SAB if we don't get much time in it!

That is our home resort and we love it! We looked into purchasing DVC in 2001 on our honeymoon (we were staying at BC) and decided we wouldn't buy until they were selling BCV so we waited until early 2002.

You are really getting me excited now. I can't wait for our upcoming trip in less than three weeks. It will finally be my first time since purchasing when they opened.

BCV is just amazing....and I can see why it is so popular. I could stay there for a very long time. The CM's were amazing, the place was so clean and fresh and just PERFECT. You can't beat the location and the pool just makes it PURE DISNEY HEAVEN!!!!!

Our DGC are young, 3, 4 and 5 (everyone turns a year older in December/January) and just beginning to learn to swim and enjoy pools and on our Cape May and Vero Beach vacations, the sand and surf are things they enjoy as well. I can't wait to see how they take to a pool with sand to play in. Just in case the November vacation isn't the best for swimming, we are also booked in BCV for a May vacation as well.

I'll be seeing the family in Cape May in "groups" over the next two weeks. Not WDW, but our shore vacations are special as well.

Good that you were able to get in with SSR points, let us know if (when) you take the plunge for some BCV points!

My kids are older. My dd is 17, ds 14 and youngest ds is 9. There are are several nice divided areas for all ages to enjoy.

Yes they loved it. My boys also loved Community Hall at OKW too. Each resort has unique offerings. I could stay at any of the DVC resorts and have a nice trip. However....as we passed SSR on our way to DTD on the boat from OKW....I did miss SSR. LOL Then we checked into BCV AND WOWSA.............THAT PLACE WAS AWESOME.

BCV really should have been our home resort, but I was a DS CM when we decided to buy. I knew that if I waited until BCV was completed I may not still be a CM and I wanted the discount~so VWL became our home resort (not too shabby, lol) but BC is still our fav.
