Well its a proper old winter wonderland here in Cardiff, here are a couple of pictures, not great quality as I didnt want to put the flash on this early in the morning and wake the street

Its still coming down quite heavy!! Have to drive to work in this, thankfully its not too far.

We've got a good couple of inches here in Kent and it's still coming down DH hasn't gone to work but DD's school is open so we're going to play in the snow without them.

I think the Russians are playing around with the weather

I live in Oldham on the edge of the pennines, anyone who knows
Oldham will also know that its quite high up. Well not a sausage, not as much as a snow-flake.

this isnt right that the southern (softies) have snow and we dont

Pathetic snow attempt here in Gloucester. At 3am it was coming down fairly fast and I expected to wake up this morning to a good thick blanket of it, but no such luck. It's now stopped altogether and thawing fast. I've got a meeting in Bristol from 12:30 - 5:00 and I was hoping it would be called off, but it's looking increasingly unlikely.

I got up early to beat the snow and the rush hour traffic and got to work at 7:15am - only took me 20 minutes, usually takes anything up to 50 mins!

So far in Leicester it's been snowing most of the morning but not really getting any deeper - just an inch or so. It's stopped snowing now.

we must have the only two schools in the area open then tim ours is still open, the kids had a great time chucking snowballs at me on the way to school this morning
