I should probably write a trip report but instead just posting when I get a chance some random things we learned this trip. First thing learned - MAKE A ROOM REQUEST. I thought I would give up control and we were happy with our room at POP in the 60s building, back side, it was pretty quiet. However, when we moved to GF, we walked into our ground level room and looked at each other in dismay. It was on a busy walkway with lots of people walking by and it smelled musty. DH went back to the desk to request a change (we have never done that before, but then again, I always put a room request in before). We got moved to a second floor room in Conch Key but it didn't have an open balcony. It was closed in on the bottom half, so if we sat down, we couldn't see anything. Next trip, I will be my controlling self again and research and do a room request.
