Less than a week! What am I forgetting to pack?

On my last trip I somehow neglected to bring a charger for my phone, 30.00 at the little store in the Tropicana to fix that mistake. I also forgot a hairbrush somehow, and had to make due with a hotel plastic comb!

Have a great trip- hope you don't forget anything!

Disposable ponchos.
.. mini gloves for night saw dollar store variety ones at world of Disney for $10 !!!
We always have small zip lock bag to keep our fast passes and hoppers together

Your Disneyland tickets. Don't leave home without those!

Also...
sunscreen
meds you take on a regular basis
if you're getting to DL via airplane, bring 1 change of clothes w/you in your carry-on luggage just in case your checked luggage doesn't make it. I mean, how much would that suck to be at DL wearing the same outfit for several days in a row?

My absolute must have... A clear plastic kids pencil case 50 pence from ASDA. That's around 70 cents.
Ideal to keep your phone dry on those water rides.

Plus at WDW you can walk through the no bag line as it is literally see through - I usually hold it out for security who wave me right through.

Foam earplugs for the hotel. I sleep infinitely better in a strange place when I'm not startling at every unfamiliar noise or excited little kid feet pattering overhead at all hours!

Oh, yeah-- moleskin in case of blisters.

---Ponchos in case it rains
---roll of quarters and pennies for the flattening machines
---glow necklaces to put on your kids when it starts to get dark.

I think some of those were more fun items than absolute needs. But that's what I'm going to pack

-Small first aid kit
-BodyGlide & Moleskin (for feet)
-Ziplock bags
-A Sharpie
-Extra room in you suitcase for souvenirs

Gloves! Good thinking, I'm packing right now so I'm loving these ideas.

1. Body Glide to put on your feet every morning to prevent blisters. I have not gotten a blister on any trip to WDW or DLR since I learned that trick on the dis years ago and I am blister prone (FYI- it works at home when you get a pair of new shoes too).
2. If you are carrying a purse, or have a kid who may be carrying a stuffed animal or toy (even if they don't bring one, you might buy one), a couple of big Ziplock bags to put them in for water rides (Splash Mountain, GRR) or for if you are in the wet zone for World of Color.
3. Phone charger and if you are using a camera other than a smart phone an extra camera battery and a charger.
4. Bandaids for just in case

Moleskin and a sharpie! Thanks. I have a pen, but I can think of a few times a sharpie would be handy. We've never gotten blisters, but I'll pack some moleskin in case.

Chargers. I always forget my charger. Especially the extra battery pack to charge in the parks.

Anti nausea medicine.

Toothbrush.

Hairbrush.

Tylenol/ibuprofen.

And as someone else pointed out, your tickets if you pre-purchased. I actually did the whole "put them in a safe place and lost them" thing, and didn't realize I didn't have them until about 12 hours before our trip... And I still had to work 10 of those hours. Thankfully I found them (in my junk drawer).

I always bring a night light so my kids who wake up in the middle of the night can find the bathroom. I also bring a multiple USB cable charger (since some hotel rooms only have 1-2 accessible outlets) so we can charge both cell phones and our portable batteries in the hotel room each night.

Definitely chargers! I forgot my camera charger once and it was soooo frustrating! I had my phone.. so I was somewhat okay.. but it still would have been better to have the camera option as well! ;) Bandaids... make sure you always have some with you. Shoes.. bring two pairs.

...Shoes.. bring two pairs.

I did this for the first time on my last trip, and it worked wonders. I wore my comfy tennis shoes the first day and switched to the super light running shoes with the thick foam soles for the second. Each day wore on different parts of my feet, and I didn't get any blisters even though I forgot body glide and moleskin.

Contacts and/ or glasses. Last summer I wore my glasses on the long plane ride to Hawaii and forgot my makeup bag, including my contacts, at home in PA. Thank God for Wal Mart (never said that before) Vision Center in Honolulu!

I have incredibly thick hair down to my waist and have forgotten a hairbrush on 3 of my last 4 Disney trips (plus one long weekend to visit my parents) so you are not alone. I broke the one I spent $10 on at the Sheraton on the first trip I forgot mine... thankfully on the morning I was heading home.
