Less or none at all - villians in the parks?

It was a couple of years ago, but I most definitely saw Hook and Smee near PotC.

A few weeks back at Disneyland we saw Queen of Hearts, I think Cruella, Brier Fox, and Hook. And then vader, stormtroopers and bobba fett.

Forgot I did see Gaston with Belle in World Showcase back near Morocco. Not one of my favorite villains though. Over the years I've seen (in addition to those mentioned above) Hook, Smee, Jafar, Cruella, Prince John, Queen of Hts, Gideon, Frollo (parade), Stromboli, Lady Tremaine, Drizella, and Anastasia. The one I'd love to see is Pete. Not even sure if they have a costume of him.

I can't recall seeing many villains in the parks outside of MNSSHP. Would love to see Captain Barbossa!

The best was the Queen of Hearts We were in DS .... MGM at the time our daughter was 4 or 5 and she sassed her (the Queen) and she (the Queen) started chasing our daughter and my DD starts screaming and running and Timon was there and he smacked the queen on the head! We're those bad parents because my husband is laughing and I tell my daughter whose trying to crawl up my leg well thats what you get for smarting off to her like that! And my sons teased her the rest of the vacation "look out!!! here she comes!!!!!" BRATS

I met the Queen of Hearts on my first trip she was SOOO MEAN!!! She scared my little self! She threw my pen on the floor and refused to autograph my book for what seemed like an eternity!! My dad makes me watch the footage all the time haha I don't think I could ever take another pic with her if I saw her again!!!

Back in May we saw Lotso Bear at Epcot (it was during Pixar weekend so that may have been a one-off event though), and we've seen Hook and Smee in the MK. Plenty of villains over at DHS (well, as plentiful as they get) and I don't know if I've ever seen any at AK.

i remember being there probably 15 years ago and villians being all around.
we met cruella, jafar, gaston, hook and smee, queen of hearts, the step sisters,
and a few others.... this year we only saw the queen of hearts,
i agree, kinda disapointing.

It is my WDW dream to run into Frollo at the park, but considering I can't even find any Hunchback merchandise anywhere at the parks I'm not holding my breath.
