Les Halles opening time

Does the World Showcase open at 9 as well as the rest of Epcot? Thinking of Les Halles for breakfast one morning.

Although the WS does not open until 11am, you can now get as far as Les Halles for breakfast starting at 9 am. The pathway from Future World is open past Canada, the UK, and over the bridge into France with a rope attended by one or more cast members as you go past Chefs de France toward Morocco to prevent guests from going past that point until 11 am. You can also enter at the International Gateway and turn right to cross the bridge.
