Les Halles counter service lunch on DDP

Hi all, I am looking at counter service lunch options at Epcot and came across Les Halles in the France pavilion. We will be on the dining plan. A few questions about Les Halles:

If we use a counter service credit, are we able to choose any dessert we want with our meals?

I don't see a children's menu. Does this mean our 6 year old can choose from the adult menu? I know she would enjoy one if the quiches.

Yes, you can choose any dessert and if they don't have a kid's menu then kid's can order from the regular menu.
